What we do

fuilfl. provides third-party logistics for ecommerce brands: goods in, storage, picking, packing, despatch, trade and wholesale orders, and returns handling and recovery — as set out in your own agreement with us.

Term and notice

Accounts run month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. There is no exit charge, and no minimum term.

Capacity

We agree a volume ceiling with you before we start. We will tell you when volume is heading beyond it, and we may decline volume above the agreed forecast rather than accept work we cannot process properly.

Charges

Work is priced against your rate card and itemised as it happens, visible to you before any invoice is raised. Carrier costs are passed through as charged. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

We take care with everything we handle and record our handling of it. fuilfl. is not liable for manufacturing defects discovered during inspection, and our liability is otherwise limited as set out in your agreement.
