Storage & stock
Stock sits in named bin locations, and the count updates as the floor works rather than when somebody remembers to reconcile. You read the same figure we do.
Located to bin, not zone
Live counts, not a monthly report
You see the same screen we do
Shelf, pallet and hanging storage
Storage & stock, as you see it.
Your stock screen is our stock screen — bin, quantity and when it was last counted, with goods-in discrepancies flagged on the same view.
Three steps, in order.
- Everything has a locationShelving, pallet racking and overflow are all addressed — aisle, bay, level. A SKU can live in more than one bin, and the system knows about all of them.
- Counts move with the workA pick, a putaway, a move or a return all adjust the count as they happen on the floor, from the phone in someone's hand.
- You see it liveThe same stock screen the warehouse uses is the one in your dashboard. There is no exported, delayed or tidied-up client version.
What that includes.
- Bin-level locations, not zone-level approximations
- Multi-location SKUs handled properly
- Live counts, visible to you at any hour
- Ambient shelving, racking and garment hanging
- Separate quarantine for damaged and unidentified stock
- Stock valued and reported per SKU on request
- A SKU list with barcodes, or the stock and we will barcode it
- Any SKUs that must be stored apart, hanging, or kept dry
- Your preference on how slow-movers are consolidated
- Bin locations for every unit
- Live counts visible at any hour
- Stock ageing and movement reporting
- A quarantine area for damaged and unidentified stock
- Stock valuation per SKU on request
Bin-level accuracy depends on the floor scanning properly, so we build that into the work rather than relying on discipline. We also do not hold stock for commercial decisions — if something needs a call from you, it is flagged, not parked indefinitely.

Goods in
Stock arriving is where most discrepancies are created and where almost nobody looks.
Pick & pack
Orders are picked by scan against a bin location, then packed at a bench with a camera running.
Despatch & couriers
Labels are bought and printed at the bench as the parcel is sealed, and the tracking is written back to your store straight away rather than in an overnight batch.
Stock takes & moves
Counting does not need the warehouse to stop.
Find anything
Any SKU, bin, barcode, order number or tracking number, searched from the floor or from your desk, and answered in seconds rather than by somebody walking the aisles.
