Despatch & couriers
Labels are bought and printed at the bench as the parcel is sealed, and the tracking is written back to your store straight away rather than in an overnight batch.

Despatch & couriers, as you see it.
Every parcel with its service, its tracking and where it has got to — written back to your store as each one is sealed.
Three steps, in order.
- Service chosen per orderTracked 24, Tracked 48, next day or economy, picked by the rule on the order rather than by whoever is packing it.
- Bought and printed at the benchThe label is purchased and printed in the same action that closes the parcel, so the tracking number on the order is the one physically on the box.
- Written back to your storeFulfilment and tracking go back to Shopify or your marketplace as it happens, so your customer's notification is not waiting on a nightly job.
What that includes.
- Royal Mail, pallet carriers and courier services
- Your carrier account or ours
- Tracking written back as the parcel is sealed
- Address validation before purchase, not after a failed delivery
- International despatch with customs documentation
- End-of-day manifests and collection handled here
- Your service rules — what ships on what
- Your carrier account, or let us buy on ours
- Customs and commodity codes for international lines
- Labels bought and printed at the point of pack
- Tracking written back to your store immediately
- Address validation before a label is bought
- End-of-day manifest and collection handled here
- Stalled parcels flagged to you, not discovered by your customer
Once a parcel is with the carrier, it is with the carrier. We can show you exactly when it was packed, labelled and collected — we cannot make a courier scan it, and we will tell you plainly when a parcel has stalled rather than letting you discover it from your customer.

Goods in
Stock arriving is where most discrepancies are created and where almost nobody looks.
Storage & stock
Stock sits in named bin locations, and the count updates as the floor works rather than when somebody remembers to reconcile.
Pick & pack
Orders are picked by scan against a bin location, then packed at a bench with a camera running.
Stock takes & moves
Counting does not need the warehouse to stop.
Find anything
Any SKU, bin, barcode, order number or tracking number, searched from the floor or from your desk, and answered in seconds rather than by somebody walking the aisles.
